Instructions on
how to activate your software

On Android 7 and below:
  • In any file manager, click on the APK file.
  •  In the “Installation blocked”, warning window, click “Settings”.
  • In the settings window that opens, find the item “Unknown sources” and activate the slider.
  •  In the confirmation window, click “OK”.
  •  Go back to the APK file and click “Install”.
On Android 8 and above:
  •  In a file manager or browser, click on the APK file.
  •  In the warning window, click “Settings”.
  • In the settings window that opens, activate the “Permission for this source” slider or “Allow installation of applications”.
  •  Go back and click “Install”.

How to purcahse and navigate to your DiagZone software on the website.

When you enter your serial number you will be automatically shown which products you can buy. Or you can scroll to the next section manually. The images below this section will provide a clearer image on what to do.

  • Input your serial number and press the button next to the input field
  • Once your serial number is verified against our database, we will return the products you can buy for your serial number
